Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling, packing fees, postage costs and, if needed, customs documentation. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes and envelopes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


We currently do not offer unjustified returns. Our products have descriptions and labels that classify them in different genres so that the user knows about their content. We also recommend that before buying a product that you do not have enough information about, you search the internet to check more about it and find out if it is to your liking.

Some of the products of our suppliers are second hand, we recommend that before buying a product you check the "status" section in the "product details" tab. In case of requesting a return for slight damage to a product that is not marked as "new", this return will be rejected.

Compensation for damage during transport

In the event that the products arrive damaged at the destination as a result of transport, the customer must contact the postal delivery company. In case of ignorance of said shipping company, you can contact us to offer you the necessary information and possible necessary data that you must offer to the company to manage compensation for the value of the products.
